What we can do for your organization
Today, leadership is more difficult than ever. We are in a period when trust in leaders and our institutions has become eroded. Society is demanding and deserves leaders who are moral and ethical and demonstrate character.
We help leaders reconnect with their values and the deeper meaning and purpose of their work. We empower leaders to lead with purpose grounded in values and to bring their whole selves to work. We equip leaders to question the norms and status quo and to find news ways of working that engage people so they can meaningfully bettering themselves, their organizations and the world.
How we work
The Centre for Mindful Leadership offers developmental sessions within executive education programs and corporate/organizational training programs. We can customize fully to your organization’s context and objectives or we can bring our ready-made sessions varying in length from a half day to multiple days to suit your needs.
Our sessions can be offered as a stand-alone session or as part of a broader initiative/retreat/training program.
We tailor our work to your needs, so we will want to talk to you directly. Sometimes challenging, always stimulating, our sessions are highly experiential and require participation, so we will make you work.
